So you don't need to Level up, to get some grills or lamps on your truck. It may be buggy for those, who don't own all parts (for example RIMS DLC). It will show those parts ingame and clicking on them will lead to a crash. Sadly, there is nothing I can actually do with it.

All truck and trailer parts are unlocked right at the beginning. I didn’t see why you have to have a conscientious level to be able to buy certain truck parts.
