A citroen c3 desire 1.4i, 53 plate..windscreen wipers..work either i have a citroen c3 desire 1.4i, 53 plate. The windscreen wipers have stopped mid wipe and the washer jets do not work either.
One of the lasses in work's windscreen washers have packed in on her ~2001 citroen saxo. I've checked the levels, looked for leaks but the motor doesn't appear to be making any noises

The wipers are not working at all. Have found fault codes. B1020-14 / Windscreen motor control / Plausibility / Present. B1021-14 / Windscreen wiper switch / Plausibility / Present. B1023-64 / Wiper travel start switch / Intermittent. I have checked for blown fuses, Found all o/k. I clear the faults and try to run wipers. The same faults return.
If the wiper stops half way up the rear window the wiper will not work on its own if I am driving, but if it settles in the rest position it will operate all by itself, can you help.
